WRKE makes the Princeton Review’s list of Best College Radio Stations two years in a row!

WRKE placed 14th in the 2022 Review (“Princeton Review’s Best Colleges for 2023”) and ranked in the top 20 (#24) in the current Review (“Best 389 Colleges: 2024”). The Academy Visits WRKE

Kids from The Academy which serves at-risk youth and their families in the Roanoke Valley by providing a free private school education stopped by the WRKE studios as part of a visit to Roanoke College. We enjoyed having them stop by and look forward to having them come back for a return visit.
