Free Therapy with Charlotte Gaston

“Free Therapy” is a weekly talk and music show hosted by Charlotte Gaston. Each week, she discusses broad topics regarding self-help and happiness, accompanied by alternative/indie/rock music. Occasionally, “Free Therapy” hosts guests to speak with Charlotte about the range of topics included under the umbrella of self-help. Charlotte is a sophomore from Charlotte, North Carolina majoring in Theatre Education.
Take a Chill Pill with Halle and Casey
5-6pm
“Take a Chill Pill” is a weekly relaxation show hosted by Sophomores Halle and Casey. The two play some lofi music and relaxing songs to study to or to just chill out to. Halle and Casey also have quotes of the week to encourage others. Casey is a sophomore double majoring in psychology and Spanish and Halle is a sophomore majoring in history.
Culture Talk with Devon and Kristi
7-8pm
Join RC sophomores Devon and Kristi for “Culture Talk.” Tune in to the conversation as two best friends discuss their favorite music, books, and anything else on their minds.
Late Night Cafecito with Rosa and Alejandra

Late Night Cafecito is a bilingual radio show keeping up with current events in the Latinx community and Latin music.
